The Brief
An insurance company in the worldwide nuclear energy space partnered with a software development copy to create a proprietary CRM system. Unfortunately, the project itself and the training required to use the new tool had no support from leadership. The internal project team knew they needed outside help to see the project through completion and prove the value of the investment. They hired ACS to develop the training materials that would help their teams maximize the new CRM.
What We Did
We developed a step-by-step user guide, and infused gamification into the training to create an engaging curriculum users could fall in love with.
Results
Users adoption beat expectations, the team welcomed the new tool and customer relations gained efficiencies that leadership could see.
