The Brief

As part of a transition away from call center service to a self service model, the IT department of a leading home construction company developed a portal for new home buyers to easily submit and track the status of their home warranty claims. Lacking internal training resources, they hired ACS to develop a video series to train their customers on how take full advantage of the new portal.

What We Did

We designed an engaging digital e-learning series that quickly teach homebuyers how to file and track home warranty claims using the self-service portal.
