Sharon's background includes more than 20 years in the training and development industry. In 1993, Sharon founded ACS - a consulting firm specializing in creating customized training and documentation for enterprise software systems. Over the years, Sharon has worked with hundreds of companies, including technology, pharmaceutical, financial and service industries.

For nearly three decades, ACS has grown through referrals, partnerships, and long-term relationships with clients. Today, ACS is committed to providing personal attention to each client and ensuring that ACS Learning provides only the highest quality consulting services.

Sharon holds a B.A. in Sociology from Bryn Mawr College and a M.Ed. in Instructional Systems, Training Design, and Development from Pennsylvania State University.
